Admin:  The Admin role is automatically assigned to the individual who created the StrengthPortal Account for users who have signed up for the platform through our self-serve flows. This role can also be created manually by the StrengthPortal team for new multi-location accounts.

As an Admin your account will have complete control over the organizations account. You can create and manage the exercise and program libraries for your team, setup up integrations, view the Teams page to invite and manage all the users to the Teams account, and access the billing and plan pages.

Multi-location Manager: An optional role for for large, multi-location customers we built this role to support managers that oversee some, not all, locations. Referred to as a District or Regional Manager by some organizations when a user has this role they can view the Teams page with a list of all the locations they have been connected to. Through the locations this role can access the training teams and each trainers client list to view activity data as well.

Manager: The Manager role is for your team members who will be assisting with your gym location account management. The role is a good fit for Fitness Managers who work with their training team, for example. Managers can view the Teams page to view all the training team members and access the gym member profiles.

Trainers: After a trainer name and email is input by the admin your trainer will receive an email to activate their account. After having created their password they can login to the StrengthPortal web and mobile apps, create programs, and start working with their clients.

Gym Members (Clients): Gym member accounts are split up into two groups, which are both treated the same in our database. The first group are passive accounts where the member has no interaction with StrengthPortal. You will create a member profile and keep track of their information to aid the training process. The second group are active members, which have all the same features as passive, expect that they have the ability to track workout programs themselves if they are sent by their trainer. The active group will use the mobile app exclusively to track workouts sent by their trainer.
