How to add clients to your client list

When a StrengthPortal account admin/owner makes an account they will have the ability to access tools through their Organization page (only viewable by them) that make it fast and easy to add clients to the company account. After your StrengthPortal account owner has uploaded or added clients to the organization account the client profiles will be available to add to your client management page. To add clients to your list so you can begin working with them follow these steps:

  • Go to the Client Management page
  • Click the Add Users button top right
  • Select all clients you'd like to add to your client list
  • Click the Add Clients at the top right section of the modal
  • Your clients will be displayed in your client list to begin working with right away


NOTE - If you're looking to add a member to your client list but they aren't available through the search option please contact your account owner/admin to ensure that the user has been added to the company account.
