As a trainer for clients there are a few ways that clients can be added to your client list. Prior to adding the client to your list the user must be added to the company account. If your account relies on a supported integration the user profile will show up once the integrated platforms sends the data to StrengthPortal. If your account is managed manually by the account owner/admin they will be in charge of adding the user's info to create an account through their team page.
If your StrengthPortal account relies on the trainer to create the trainer-client relationship you will be able to follow these steps to search for and add a user to your account:
- Open the Client Management page.
- Click the Add Users button top right.
- Select the clients you'd like to add to your client list.
- Click the Add Clients at the top right section of the modal.
- Your clients will be displayed in your client list to begin working with right away.
Reminder: If you're looking to add a member to your client list but they aren't available through the search option please contact your account owner/admin to ensure that the user has been added to the company account.
