Navigate to your Exercise library and click the Add Exercise Button at the top right section of the view. A sidedrawer will open from the right side of your screen:

To add an exercise you must input a name and 1-2 exercise variables to be tracked when you use this exercise for a workout. Sets are programmed with every exercise through the Program Creation Page, so there is no need to worry.

Exercise examples:

Exercise name - Hammer Curls
Sets is pre-set
Select Reps & Weight to be tracked

Exercise name - Farmers Carries
Sets is pre-set
Select Weight & Distance

Exercise name - Push-ups
Sets is pre-set
Select Reps

In addition to the exercise variables you have the ability to write in exercise notes to instruct your clients how to perform the exercise. These notes are viewable through the mobile app. Along with the notes, you can upload a YouTube or Vimeo video clip. The only requirement is that the video is set to public or unlisted. If the video is set as private it is prevented by Youtube from being embedded on other websites.

To complete adding an exercise click Save (top right). The exercise name will show in your Exercise Library and is available for writing workout programs right away.
