When you're viewing a workout program it's helpful to understand the StrengthPortal programming terminology that we follow.
Workout program: A program that contains workout sessions that you can enroll to a client.
Workout sessions: The individual workout sessions within a workout program that you can track. Example: Monday - Chest/Legs
Workout sections: Sections allow you to separate and clearly name different lists of exercises within a workout session to distinguish the intention behind them. A structure might be as follows: Warmup, Lifting, Cardio, Cooldown.
Within the program edit view you have the flexibility you need to create and structure workout sessions and sections to match your desired formatting.
