The Client Reports feature was designed to make it easy for training teams to create, view, and share reports with your clients. As trainers you work hard to sell membership packages, convert members into paying clients, write personalized workout programs, and to motivate your clients to show up workout after workout. At the end of all of that you can now use the Client Reports feature to show your client the data you've been tracking along the way to show their progress. Our target outcome is for this feature to help you retain your clients for a longer period of time.

There are two type of reports that can be built to view your clients data:

  1. Custom reports: Reports that you can customize to include your desired metrics that pulls from all exercise history for that client.
  2. Benchmark reports: Reports that are standardized for your team that filter to only the exercises that have been tracked from a benchmark program.

To access the reports feature, follow these steps:

  • Within the web app, click on the Client Management list.
  • Click on a client to open their profile.
  • Click on the Data Visualization tab.

Custom Reports

How to create a custom report:

  • Select a date range.
  • Select your desired exercises to include in the report.
  • Click Create Report.
  • Add a title (required) and notes for your client (optional).
  • View the newly created report to share with your client!

Benchmark Reports

How to create a benchmark report:

  • First, the Superadmin (company content manager) of the company account will have to create a benchmark program. Click here to learn more about creating a benchmark program.
  • Once the program is created trainers will be able to enroll clients into the benchmark program and track workouts to create benchmark report data.
  • When viewing the Client Profile - Data Viz tab click Load Benchmark.
  • Select the Benchmark program that you'd like to generate a report from.
  • You'll view the curated benchmark program exercise historical data for that client.
  • Click Create Report.
  • Add a title (required) and notes for your client (optional).
  • View the newly created report to share with your client!

Report FAQs:

  • The report output is a responsive web page. This means you and your client can view and/or share the report URL on any device or platform with your client. Here are a few ways we see this feature being utilized:
    • Sharing a report in-person with clients every 4-6 weeks during assessments or tests.
    • Trainers can copy and send the report web URL via email to clients to view.
  • At the moment clients will not have access to reports until they are shared manually. If your company is using the StrengthPortal mobile app, you can expect that we will add the reports to client profiles for their own easy access.
  • Reports can be deleted if you click the View Past Reports page and then click the menu button to the right of report names.
